Services

T Sizzles Powerwashing & Sealcoating provides pressure washing, soft washing, driveway sealcoating, crack filling, and line striping services as described on this website and in your individual quote. Scope of work for each project is confirmed before service begins.

Scheduling

Project start dates are scheduled as agreed at the time of your quote. Sealcoating requires dry pavement, so weather delays may shift your service day; we'll notify you as soon as a change is needed.

Payment

Project-based work (sealcoating, crack filling, striping, and larger pressure washing jobs) may require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Cancellations

Scheduled projects can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a completed visit, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

Liability

Please let us know in advance about any underground utilities, irrigation lines, delicate surfaces, or landscaping near the work area so we can take the right precautions.
